25 June, 2010 -- 7 hours in the plane

Two years ago, it was 8 hours in the plane. Only 7 today, Illinois, Iowa and MO. Big clouds building ahead of me on the way home. Just a shower, but not where I had to go.

Randy at the end of the day, didn't take him 7 hours. Made lots of noise.

Macomb ... Not that little burg down the road from home ... This one's in Illinois. Corn country. Tomorrow, more IL and maybe Iowa.

It's Hokomo, putting an hour on the Pietenpole, built by
Willow Springs' Experimental Aircraft Assn. members.
It sounds pretty good, and it's not too slow, not too fast!
Putt Putt Putt, in a loop around Mtn. Grove Airport this evening.
(That's Hokomo in the blue shirt in the porch swing at Doc's BBQ on Sunday).
