5 Oct., 2009 -- Harvest

Joyce picking those yummmmmy Norton grapes ...

Volunteer tomatoes, and the ditch I've been digging to bury the gray water line.
The nights have been too cool, and the harvest is almost over for this summer.

Wind just keeps blowing.

3 Oct., 2009 -- OZ Festival, Willow Springs

The EAA chapter had a booth at the OZ festival in Willow Springs on Saturday, complete with a Red Baron/Snoopy mailbox raffle, and our flight simulator. It always draws in the kids!

Later in the evening, the old master inspects the Pietenpol project. The guys just got the wings attached this week.

At his company picnic, Ron smokes the ribs while the Porterfield stands guard. After it was all over, the Stearman gets pushed back into its hangar.
