The arms are stems of spiderwort, a fast-growing weed that takes over the garden and lawn, that has those little blue flowers that look like an elephant's head. Nose is the core out of a little carrot, the eyes and buttons are sunflower seeds. The hat is part of an elephant ear stem, the mouth is just a little curly piece of flower garden debris. All that snow was in the shady part of the deck, see picture yesterday.

A momma and a daughter, 335 miles apart, snapping photos on (at least) the 25th of each month. We mostly shoot Nikon, but also have some Canon and Olympus thrown in for good measure.
